This has always been a regular stop for me. Is the food great no but it is always good and better than most sports bars. The pizza is a real good surprise right up there with a number of pizza only places. The other items like the fried chicken, burgers and fish fry are all good quality with nice flavor. Some items are slightly higher priced than a few places but most items are competitively priced. If a casual dining place is what you seek Benders is as good of a choice as any in West Bend.

Great place to watch the game. The wings are fantastic. The bartenders are great. Try the Marco Polo its John's specialty.

Took a spur of the moment drive up to West Bend from the Milwaukee area looking for a shirt, I hadn't ate dinner yet so i was planning on hitting the BW3 that's on paradise, i looked on Yelp as to what else is in the area, and this place came up, i figured let's try it out. Upon arriving it seemed like a typical sports bar, the server was quick and got us to a table after that we sat for a while and waited for a waitress, she finally came and took our drink order, but by that time we already knew what we wanted. So we went ahead with the order. Mozzarella sticks for the appetizer, My fiance got some sort of chicken or turkey wrap can't quite remember, and i got 10 bone in wings, served 50/50 with 2 sauces, the "famous" Garlic Butter, and the Habanero Ranch, I asked the server how hot the habanero ranch was but she didn't know as she's never tried it....Yikes well here goes nothing. A little while later we were wondering where our food was, Soon after here it is my wings, mozz sticks and the wrap. I do wish we had the mozzarella sticks as an app and not with the meal but oh well. The mozzarella sticks were the wonton wrapped ones which are much better than the typical Italian seasoning and breadcrumb ones most places offer. I tried one of the wings, the Habanero Ranch, and i thought this is pretty warm, but VERY good. then it got hotter... And it never really cooled off. Let me say i'm not a BIG heat guy but these are pretty damn warm for me but they are awesome so i finished them. I tried their famous garlic butter wings, and god damn are they good! My fiance really enjoyed her wrap as well so that's good. Overall it was a good experience, the service could have been a bit better, but it's a bar with food so i can't expect too much. Few small things i didn't like but overall i loved the food and will make another trip back to West Bend just to eat here.

Terrible service. In town for the West Bend Cache Ba$h, an annual event sponsored by the West Bend Chamber, an event Bender's sponsored by providing coupons to event attendees, I was part of a group of 11 who arrived right behind a group of 4, also friends of ours from the event. Our friends were seated but then we were ignored by the hostess, giving a party of 5 we did not know the chance to jump the line. We then, astonishingly, heard the hostess tell this party of 5 that they had only one server and there would be a wait and discouraged them from waiting. When we said we had 11 she basically said "no way". I asked why BENDER'S was not prepared for diners from an event BENDER'S HAD SPONSORED. She just gave a blank stare and let us walk out, asking other diners for a recommendation for another restaurant on our way out. So very, very lame. We had eaten here last year and it was nothing to remember so we won't bother returning when we come back next year.

Relaxing yet fun atmosphere, and expert bartenders especially on the weekends. The pizza is amazing, and the nachos are huuuge if you need a good drinking snack. And it's quieter on non-game nights because it isn't in the downtown walking distance area.
